What is Split Air Conditioning??

Conventional window AC is splited to form two units-

1) Indoor Unit - Which is installed inside the room & which provide the conditioned air to the room.

2) Outdoor Unit - Which is installed outside the room & which exchange the heat with ambient air.

Both the units are interconnected through Copper Piping & communication cable.

What Makes Split ACs Desirable??

Split air conditioner don’t require major ductwork. Their installation is easy and all it requires is a simple connection between the indoor and the outdoor units, and a trustworthy power socket.

Many people also prefer Split ACs because of their quiet and amazing performance. Unlike in a window unit where all components are placed in one unit, a split AC houses all the noise-making parts i.e. condenser and compressor in the outside unit, and that explains the reduction in noise.
